The person behind Catalyst

Technology changes.
Purpose still matters.

Tonya’s work has always involved people and consequential decisions. Her background includes executive HR leadership in a business-to-business technology company, financial services since 2010, and work as an educator, speaker, and business owner.

That experience shapes her approach to AI. A new tool can create opportunity, but the quality of the outcome still depends on understanding the business, asking useful questions, and exercising sound judgment.

Through Catalyst AI Advisory, Tonya supports business owners in exploring where AI can create meaningful value, how work could be improved, and where personal responsibility and human involvement remain essential.

Her approach begins with your mission and values. It considers how a change will affect your clients, your team, your service standards, and your ability to do the work you care about.

Tonya is continuing advanced training in AI-assisted consulting. She brings that learning together with her business experience to make the conversation practical, understandable, and relevant to professional practices.
